Guide Technologies provides application training for the following Guide solutions:
- LogPRO for Traffic Interface
- Vertex Sales Tax Interface - Automate sales and use tax compliance through the research of rules and rates, the accurate calculation of tax amounts and the automated preparation of tax returns.
- Fixed Quantity Setup - Guide Technologies has enhanced the ERP for iSeries product (XA) to allow fixed materials quantities to be consumed during setup operations on the shop floor. The XA product is designed to track and cost setup labor and overhead, but not material. Some customers, through their production processes, have a fixed amount of component material that is consumed every time a manufacturing order is set up. This amount does not vary dependent upon order quantity.
- NAFTA Reporting - Using the powers of Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM), the database set-up of the NAFTA Reporting Support program is totally integrated into XA. Since calculations are done on the back end of the software, the amount of work required by the users is greatly reduced. NAFTA verifies the "De Minimis" rule for non-originating materials before issuing a Certificate of Origin by checking the non-originating material, De Minimus threshold, percentage of U.S. and the transaction value of the good.
